Why 17-Year-Olds Earn Millions & You Don't.

Ever Heard of Shiny Object Syndrome?
A couple of weeks ago I got an offer for $7.000 USD a MONTH.
But I didn’t know whether to accept it or not.
Because it was a lot of money but it didn’t align with one of my biggest principles:
“Do not Chase behind every Gold bar. Take One Thing and Stick To It.“
So I asked a guy who mentored me for a while, who is a crypto multi-millionaire:
Me: “How do you make decisions quickly?“
Mentor: “I don’t. Do you have philosophies? Do you have values?“
Me: “Yeah?“
Mentor: “Then you don’t make your decisions. Your values do cause you are emotional. If you’re up to a hard decision, take the one, that is in line with your values the most. If both are, take the bigger one, that scares you the most.“
So I turned down a $7.000 offer that would have gotten me over 10k/month easily.
Did it hurt?
Yes
Was it the right decision?
I don’t know. Will find out in the next few weeks tho.
What I am trying to deliver here is, that a right decision is not your first priority in the beginning.
Following your intuition is.
Making the right decision 100% is not possible, when there is no data to back up your decisions and you most likely don’t have access to any data.
That is why 17-year-olds earn more money than you.
They don’t think.
They just act and stumble through it somehow but still…
You can be exceptionally successful because if there are 10 decisions in front of you, that you need 3 days for to make each and someone else needs seconds, he put in 1 month of work while you are trying to figure out which business model to go after.
So if you go down 1 path and FULLY follow your intuition, your intuition might trick you.
You might be wrong with the option you took, but after 1 month, you will tear apart your competition regardless
now you are 100% certain, that what you do is the right thing after trying both options
Now you have marketing & business experience, that your competition doesn’t have.
