Discipline Is A Lie

Discipline Is A Lie. The Art Of 4D Dream Hacking

3 Years ago, I was addicted to playing video games.

Yeah, I know everyone had that one gaming phase but I’m not talking about 8 hour gaming sessions.

I’m talking about up to 20 hours per day.

20… Full… Hours… out of 24,

I did that repeatedly for a couple of weeks until I had heart complaints, making life a bit uncomfortable.

It sounds impossible, doesn’t it? Like … physically impossible.

You need to eat, sleep, drink, etc. right?

You see, it was Spring 2020, during the month of Ramadan (During C0v!d):

O you who have Faith! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard yourselves (against evil)

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verses 183-185. 183.

For context, Ramadan meant:

• No Food
• No Water
• No sex/self-pleasure

each day until sunset.

so I slept for 4 hours per day, played 20 hours per day, and ate/drank while gaming after sunset. Sometimes I even forgot to eat after sunset.

It was harsh and before Ramadan, I wasn’t much better.

I still played Video games, just not for 20 hours but for 12-16 hours per day

One day, when my Stepfather came into my room with my mom, they told me:

Tolunay. You lost control

I quit.

On that day, I Quit. No Discipline was needed. Nothing.

I never felt the urge to ever play video games again.

How? My parents gave me a purpose.

They gave me a reason to stop.

And that might be what you lack.

Why should you put in hours of work every single day if you don’t have anything to put in the work for?

Why should you sacrifice your comfort if you get nothing in return?

If you don’t have a purpose, that outweighs all the negatives of sacrificing comfort and

Purpose>Discipline.

My parents didn’t scream at me, nor tried to force any discipline upon me.

They made me aware of what I was losing at that moment while gaming.

That turned out to be my method to change my whole life:

Finding a purpose

You see, people are struggling to change their habits because they never had a reason to change their habits in the first place.

Believe it or not, Terry Crews, at the pinnacle of his career, was addicted to pornography.

His discipline brought him, money, success, and a body most of us can only aspire but it didn’t help him to quit pornography although he knew it was bad.

That went on until his wife put him in front of the decision:

Either You Quit porn or I’m leaving you with our kids

Crews quit porn from one day to another.

The negatives outweighed the positives. Simple as that and that is the power of purpose

Why The Rich Get Richer While You’re Still Broke.

You should consider listening to full podcasts with high-performance guests like David Goggins, Sam Altman or Elon Musk on the Joe Rogan experience.

You will realize, that these people, who might even be your idols have a lot in commin with you.

The only thing, that differs you from all of these people is, that they have a purpose strong enough to keep them going through thick and thin.

They don’t stop because they don’t want to stop.

They work 12 hours a day because they love to work 12 hours a day.

Even me: 1.5 months ago I decided to leave my fun beach life on Bali to lock myself inside a hotel room in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for 30 days completely alone.

I did that because I’ve realized, that I need to put a lot of work into my business. My Business was a perforated system, resting on a house of cards.

30 days No parties, no chicks, no friends, nothing. Simply me and every day:

• 20 hours of fasting from 7:00 pm until 3:00 pm (the next day)
• 12 hours work
• 2 meals per day from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• 1h of Fitness while fasting from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm (Push/Pull/Legs)

Believe it or not: I woke up every single morning, feeling like the 14-year-old, who could sit on his laptop to continue building his Minecraft base.

I loved it.

I loved every single minute of it.

I had a purpose to put the 12 hours in every day.

I had a purpose to sacrifice comfort and that is what you might lack.

“But I don’t have a purpose“ 4D Dream Hacking

But I don’t have a purpose

Yes, You do.

Now hear me out:

Everyone has a purpose if not multiple.

You might have not discovered it yet but many of you already have but didn’t manifest that stuff enough.

You wanna do me a favor and take a notebook or a piece of paper?

Now take a pen and note down:

• How does my dream life look like in 6 months?
• How does my dream life look like in 1 year?
• How does my dream life look like in 3 years?
• How does my dream life look like in 5 years?

You see, the one mistake I see most people make here is, that they aren’t specific.

I wanna be rich one day. Cool. How rich? I’m talking specific numbers.

The best way is to go through a perfect day in your dream life.

• At what time do you wake up?
• At what time do you go to bed?
• How do you structure your day?
• What does your physique look like?
• How does your home look like?
• How does your wife look like?
• Your kids?
• How much money do you need to make per month to live that lifestyle?
• Who are your friends?
• Do your current friends fit in your dream future?

If you don’t have a crystal clear goal, you are guaranteed, that you are not going to hit it.

• What Projects do you work on in your business?
• Who are your partners?
• Who are your employees?

You should be the most specific on your dream life in 5 years.

Take your time and build this crystal clear goal of what you want to achieve in the next months and years, and you will have a purpose to lead you through thick and thin.
